Refs in Super 15 rugby

Is it just me or is the standard of reffing in this years super 15 crap?
It seems that every match you watch now seems to have contentious decisions, which seems strange that we now have arseistant refs who should be helping!
It also seems that the commentators on Fox,especially the Aussies, aren't allowed to make mention of the fact.
It maybe that the TV coverage is much better and picks up more but I am having doubts about the competence of some officials.
Am I on my own?

I was surprised to see Keith Brown allocated the Top of the Table Blues-v-Shorks match yesterday. The best referees are supposed to be appointed to the top matches, aren't they? Having said that he did a pretty good job.

They seemed to have relaxed regarding kiling the ball at the breakdown. It should be a bore fest suited to 10 man rugby again by RWC time

The refs always seem bad. I don't know if I've seen any games where I've felt the ref was bad enough to lose us the game (or likewise for any of the games I've seen with other teams). Except perhaps the Brumbies vs Rebels game- but then I thought the Rebels deserved it if the Brumbies were going to play that badly.

A couple of years back there were a handful with other teams like that.

It made a change to her the commentators having a go about Marias Jonkers in the Tars game. Again some very mediocre reffing.
