I really don't see the point of having three 'super' academies. It is bound to cause more conflict and inequality than everyone managing their own.

Yeah but so did we. Illustrates my previous comment - they're already playing these games and paying for them so it can't be that hard to stick a points table and a proper schedule around it!

Allowing for staff and the benefits (health/recovery) of determining your own flight times and heights, if you had two squads playing each week at the same fixture you would be pretty close to being in front chartering your own flights too. Maybe 10-20 supporter seats...
