From that I assume you think Kevin Brown was tops last week. I say nay that's 16% of the refs not on standard. How was he this week.

Nathan Pearce was miles better. this week than Brown last week. Force were there own enemy for not adapting. Blues saw the gaps and took it.

You tell me what Brown was like this week. Remember you saw all the matches.

Well if you can only back up your claims with my evidence i think you should slow down on the 'SANZAR refereeing' complaining.

Keith Brown was very strict this week, he probably gave away a few too many penalties. But as a result he didn't miss much. I'd rate him in the bottom 3 this week.

He was reffing at a decent standard though. Keep in mind we had guys like Munro and Dickinson as linesman this week. So i'd say they currently have at least 6 competent referee's.

So I ask again Can SANZAR get 6 good refs on a weekend. Please take note I have nothing against SANZAR if anything I have sympathy for them. They cannot satisfy all. But using refs that are substandard does not help their case.

Also consider that the Tri-Nations were using SH refs this week (Kaplan & Joubert at Wales-Ireland and Lawrence at Italy-France) so that's three of the 'better' SANZAR refs unavailable.

As an aside to this; apparently Kaplan has been benched from the 6N. Hopefully he doesn't show up in Jo'burg next week.
