How important is it to have the Hooker throwing the lineouts?
Is it purely a psychological thing to persist with a dodgy #2 or should Coaches be more prepared to identify the best short player who can throw straight in the Squad, even if it is a Prop, the Openside or the Scrumhalf?
Good comment and one with which I entirely agree. The thrower would be better coming from a front rower, but if there is a better one who can give the correct ball to the jumpers, then choose him, choose the best one. Forget being blinkered by convention. Get on with it.

    LAR - coaching ???

Don't expect a completely honest answer to this one but out of all the coaches ( espesically wallaby ones !) what has been the difference between em and what is he most at home with - finds inspirational - he has been doing it so long must be difficult to ALWAYS maintain that level

    Any interest/offers from Europe/Japan yet?

    Q. With the inclusion of the 5th Australian Super team, will the Force struggle to attract quality players (both experienced and upcoming) and be consigned to recruiting players seen as surplus to the requirements of other teams?

    Q. With the scrum laws being constantly manipulated to allow faster running rugby, do you envisage a time when the 120-130k rounded prop will become extinct along with traditional scrum fundamentals such as tactical scrummaging, mauling and rucking?

What do you think of the facilities at NIB stadium, and have you (or anyone in the Force) been consulted on potential upgrades?
