Did anyone else watch the Reds vs Highlanders game?

Fetu'u Vainikolo should be shipped out to the USA first thing tomorrow morning for his performance. (To become a cheer leading coach)

I always knew he was into soccer celebrations but come on. The Shoe Shine? That is just pathetic. I know some Pacific Islanders love themselves to bits but this he should know his place. The guy hasn't even played for the All Blacks....

I used to like seeing Wendel Sailor look for the cameras when he scored towards the end of his career, because he had scored countless trys in his time and he did it with style!

This is just over the top though, and the worst part is these guys are idols to so many rugby players. They have already made everyone think dying your hair, getting tattoos, having a ratstail, talking like a goose ect.. makes you more of a rugby player. Now soon enough we will all be dancing after each try because of these guys.

I'm not one of those people who think rugby players should act like model people off the pitch, what they do in their own time is up to them. But once they step on the pitch they should cut the crap and realise they aren't bigger than the game or else the super14 will turn into a bad version of the NFL.....

On a positive note. How good was that fight?

There is nothing wrong with showboating after trys. But the highlanders showboating was pathetic. When Wendel showboats, he knows he is being jerk or mucking around. But Vainikolo just has an ego problem and he was hardly creative.

Anyway, if people like watching the chiefs and highlanders put on performances after tries then i guess i'll take it back. But i think its a joke.

Besides the risk is that you become a target from the next start of play. In other words the word goes out "smash that fool".

Best show of the season I thought. Best second half of rugby the Highlanders played the whole season. I enjoyed it
