    Lote and the Tigers

    Good game V Manly.

Tigers won in the end after the Sea Eagles dominated for 65 minutes.

Lote scored a try with his first touch of the ball.

Does this say anything about the quality of the NRL as a competition?

I only saw the last 20 as the match swung.
Credit where it is due, Lote was very good, shame he didn't run like that in the last four seasons.

Tigers owned the Sea Eagles in the first 10 minutes and the last 20, Sea Eagles didn't even touch the ball until the 8th minute. Manly dominated for 50 minutes and really shouldn't have lost after leading by 18

Lote did well, must have thought he still in Union in the second half he tried to grubber through on tackle 3.

Lote was a fantasy football bargain I might add

Shame I tipped the Sea Eagles

I tipped em as well. Watmough is the man but no wolf man this week either.

Thought my money was gone in the first 10 minutes and then thought it was safe for the next 60 minutes or so and then money, gone.

I thought his chip through was good, it nearly paid off. Who says you have to kick on the 5th tackle.

Manly were their own enemy with swinging arms. Not much in any of them but if the ref sees it like he did it'll cost ya.

What that the worlds best league players/competition is home grown.

Lote would be feeling it today. He didn't tackle alot, I think once he looks at the game he'll see it.

I thought it was good as well if the ball bounced his way he was away. Merely pointing it out not complaining about so to speak

Tim Sheens apparently, he mentioned it in a post match interview (the wrap up was all I saw so no further uninformed comment from me)

Only just read this thread. On nights and just watched a DVD of the match. pretty good game.

Pretty good crowd for a Monday night, too. But not as big as the one in the TWF mungo closet, eh Jargs.

Makes you wonder what his Rugby career could have been like were he on the end of a backline like the 'Saders or Chiefs; and had more common sense off the pitch.
