The ARU Annual Report for the last 30 years

To read some of the reports from the last 30 years has been staggering from the growth of the game , reduction of committees and how much ONeil is paid in 2008!

    Great stuff.

So the answer now for those people who accuse the of poaching players is....

Yes, we acknowledge that QLD and NSW are the factories that produce Rugby players.

But the players we have got from you have been paid for.

    Here is the receipt

O'Neil isn't getting paid enough. He can only raise his own pay 400k a season at this rate while the reds are losing millions every year.

The payment for O'Neill for 2007 is only for a half year. The payment for Flowers for 2007 for his half year shows how much they had to pay to golden parachute him.

It is incredible to see the OLD WA players who were selected for Australian in Under 17's and Under 21's who didn't go on....like Alistair Box!

I think in Boxies case it was more to do with career than ability wasn't it?
Mind you I wasn't around to see, just going on his many years selected for WA.
He was pretty amazing at 1st XV level though, I remember that clearly.
