Monday night touch rugby for fun

For anyone who's interested in having a bit of fun and exercise:

Several coaches, players, parents and mates turn up every Monday night at 6.30 for a game of touch at the BSA. All skill levels are welcome as the bar is open (frequently used before the game). Feel free to come along and join in- get away from the usual Monday feeling sorry for yourself after a day at work and come and break a sweat. All in the name of fun & rugby....
