Force boys up for a good cause

In honour of the Cancer Council's "Me No Hair" campaign Dave Pocock, Nick Cummins, Richard Stanford & Nic Henderson coloured/shaved their hair today, along with West Coast Eagles players. Similar to the World's Greatest Shave Campaign the boys had the choice of colouring or shaving their heads. Stanford coloured West Coast player, Nic Natanui's dreadlocks and the boys ganged up on Channel 10's Lachie Read.

From the looks of the news story on 10 & 7 they all opted to colour their hair.

    Pictures available here

I've seen a few of last year's match committee baged about their hair on here........but jeez........ I saw those dredies of Naitanui's on the news tonight. Fair dinkum looks like some mad Irish turfcutter chucked a pile of peat covered with cowshit on his melon.

    No wonder he plays AFL.

Full marks for the respective lads being involved in an important campaign, but how does putting a bit of colour through your hair compare to going from a radical hairstyle of one extreme to balding up?
As I recall the colouring used to really just be an option for the fairer sex who understandably tend to baulk at the nude nut option.

To match the seating colours inside the Perth Stadium, being built on Wellington St?

Mind you, it might not be Weagles colours, it might be Claremont Football Club colours (of which our current premier is a member).

    Looks rubbish anyway.
