I read on another thread that Phil Waugh was one of the people pushing for this to happen in reTAHdS land.
Maybe it needs a patron to get it of the ground over here, or more importantly on to the ground.
Look for a player with kids Sharpie or Spanner would be the obvious choices.
Generally speaking you aren’t learning much if your lips are moving!!!
Not a good idea here if the ARU/SANZAR want the refs to be untouched.
