Will not pass, cannot kick.
Drop him or move him for Australia's sake!!
'God invented beer to prevent Props from taking over the world'
very dissapointing loss.
A great gutsy win against the odds to Scotland.
One very blatant tactic adopted by the Australian scrum was to prematurely wheel on Scotland's feeds.
Law 20.1 (k) states:
Stationary and parallel. Until the ball leaves the scrum half’s hands, the scrum must be stationary and the middle line must be parallel to the goal lines.
The Australian pack was systematically shifting left meaning they were neither stationary nor parallel before the ball was put into the scrum. That this was a deliberate tactic was made obvious by the fact that the Wallabies stayed square whenever the referee moved to the non-feed side of the scrum.
Yeah Bruiser, but Law 27.9 (z) states: Do what you can get away with until you can't get away with it any longer...or words to that effect.
Every player who has had a half decent Coach would have had drummed into them, "Play to the Ref" and "Play to the whistle".
Gits is fully shitting me.
He is back to standing far too deep, isn't running onto the ball during set passing plays and is so predictable when he runs at the moment it isn't funny.
I felt his field kicking was actually a little better this week, but his efforts in front of goals....![]()
"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
Makes one wonder where Gitz head was.....
I Just finished watching a recording of the game and my final verdict is that Gits is to blame for the loss
He did not pass when it was needed he passed when he was supposed to run he kicked directly to an opposition player most of the time He was standing so deep that when passing the ball to the rest of the back line it was forward
He was selfish and when the heat was on and it all went pear shape he would offload to someone in a worse situation or positions than himself
Oh and his kicking to goal was shit
i wish Deans will have the balls to put the "worlds best player nominee" on the bench and see what happen

O and before I forget please let Drew keep him company
Maybe I'm being a one-eyed Force supporter, but this is what I've seen from Gits:
Force 2008 - fantastic - worth the hype (almost). World class 10.
2008 international season - he faded, more kicking less running, but I thought this was due to tiredness.
Force 2009 - didn't hit his 2008 level, especially his kicking, but was still great - best 10 in Australia.
2009 international season - having such a 'mare you actually want him benched.
Is Deans coaching Gits out of the Wallabies? It'll be interesting to see how he fares next season under a different coach, but at the moment I'd tell him to forget Deans' ideas and remember how he played under Mitchell - that's what got him selected for Australia in the first place.
Glad I didnt see the game or replay.

The Ref has to take some of the blame. That forward pass call on Drews disallowed try was criminal.
Nah. Cooper throwing the cut out pass instead of to Crossy who was in the clear was criminal.![]()
