Two-Dads likely to start at 12 for Sunday's game.

It's something Burgs and I chatted about a while ago and it looks like it's finally happening. Sam Norton-Knight was running at No.12 outside Mat Rogers in yesterday's training run and is likely to start there, moving Berne to the bench. Rogers trained and looks like he'll make a return and Benn Robinson looks like he's going to start on Sunday.

This might be the first time this season we'll have our best squad on the park.

I have no idea why it has taken sooo long to move Berne to the bench. He is a liability on the field and has been all season. Especially when you have someone of SNK's ability on the bench.

I'm not a big Berne fan but I have to admit he's been solid. The problem is last time I checked, being "solid" doesn't win you titles. Two-dad's would be a more creative option there and Turinui should stay at 13 with Lote at 11, Dell at 14 (and not allowed to drift towards the centres for ANY reason) with Hewat at 15.

Yeah, I just dont rate Berne, I think he makes way too many errors at critical times. Having SNK in there provides all sorts of options as he showed when he went to 10 for the brumbies last year. It now means the Tahs are looking more like the brumbies setup with Larkham and Gits.

I also read that Link is thinking of using Dell to crash the ball up in the middle... Don't know how that will work out as he doesn't seem to run onto the ball well prefering instead to build his speed with ball in hand.

Crash and bash is probably Dell's biggest weapon though. He does need a run-up (stems from the 10 metre rule in league maybe?), if he gets himself in a position to offload and he's being tackled than I see it as a good thing.
