Funny thing is even though Lote has implied the allegation made in The Sunday Telegraph was BS, this was done on Twitter, surely if it was BS he'd be suing the newspaper.

Muddy and others who don't think he did wrong.....imagine if John O'Neil had not taken action or just gave another warning, what signal would that have given and if the press had got a hold of it I'm pretty sure John O'Neil would be looking for another job.

Yes, his act is not criminal and in the normal world quite common but in his world, where the hounds of the press are baying for blood, acts like this can easily distract the team and even demoralise team. You have to consider the bigger picture at times, as I'm sure the ARU were forced to do. It's nobodies fault but his own and I'm sure his ego will never let him admit that.
