Talking The Walleroos have done it - there're going to England

In a surprising result the girls have done us proud - on paper both teams looked equally matched however the day went the way of the Walleroos against Samoa in Samoa today Saturday 8th august 2009

I'm sure Gits will be happy with his sister getting in for a try.

    Woohoo!

There's a nice symmetry there - a Cheryl Soon captained Australian team beats Samoa in Samoa to qualify for the 2010 Women's Rugby World Cup.

It was one year and 12 days ago that a Cheryl Soon captained Australian team beat Samoa in Samoa to qualify for the 2009 Women's Rugby World Cup Sevens. And we all know how that turned out!
