had Sare pressed charges then the police would have been involved and charges laid, since neither parties pressed charges and there were no police present, it does not mean its any less of a crime.
yours is still an opinion, my opinion is that Palu should be sanctioned because he has been a BAD BOY! as per the second post in this thread, many people will have a dimmer view of him from now on, but only if he gets the same exposure in the media as Fava, Henjak, O'Connor etc...
