I dunno - it's onl;y really luck that seperates them.

It was just luck that Palu didn't knock someone down - he'd be in a whole world of shit then!

Henjak breaking Sare's jaw was probably just all luck also - does Henjak seriously look like the type of bloke who knows how to throw a punch

if a player is drink driving then i understand the need for it, but i dont think calling out nswru for not doing anything when the individual has taken responsability for it and put no one else in harms way does anything but give people from the east reason to think those of us from the west are speacial in a mean way!
    You cant be serious...
How can you say he has taken responsability for it when this is his SECOND offense!
however this is besides the point... maybe i wasnt obvious enough. I'll spell it out.
Western force players get caught being naughty and its splashed ALL over the web. And our club is forced to defend its disciplinary record and its culture (remember O'Connors little "move on notice"?) but when a Tah player does it it gets tucked away like an embarrasing little secret!

Did Henjak get a summons to face court? so how do you compare them in terms of "offense" You could have a personal opinion sure but thats all it is... an opinion. The FACT is Palu commited an offense in the eyes of the Law and Henjak did not.

So he managed to lose the damn thing AND get caught twice driving without it - how is he still just getting warnings?

    -------------------------

Ehhh, suspended sentence - does that mean he now has a criminal record? What does that mean for travel and visas?

Where does it mention that he lost his license for 'doing naughty things', i cant seem to find that anywhere in the article. It only says he has been caught driving twice in the past 2 years without a license, he might not have ever had one.

had Sare pressed charges then the police would have been involved and charges laid, since neither parties pressed charges and there were no police present, it does not mean its any less of a crime.

Come on Andy, you know how it works, one rule for pop stars and elite athletes and another for everyone else.

Besides, I don't think the Wallabies are planning a test match in the US anytime soon, and the Americans are the only ones likely to be precious over it.

TOCC, driving whilst under suspension is naughty of itself, and you don't have your licence suspended in the first place unless you have committed an offence.

And here I was thinking that breaking the law was just that, breaking the law. But now I know that if nobody gets hurt then everything is okay.

When I look at things now I realise that nobody was hurt by throwing quokkas around, perhaps some marsupials but no people so that was okay. When firepower collapsed nobody was injured, so I don't know what all the fuss was about that either.
