The "Next Step" for Club Rugby in WA

I guess a few of comments are directed my way so its only right i reply!!
-I belive we need a stronger comp in this state than the current 1st grade offers
and an expanded comp would weaken rugby further.
-We need the Force squad members to continue play club rugby here in perth and not to be send over to sydney or brisbane.
- A 8 team Premier Grade would improve the standard of rugby by compacting the competion and forcing clubs to run at highest level or risk relegation.

Although i did mention the 'division 1' have 8 clubs as well but there's no reason it could'nt have 10 or more clubs in this grade.
One option could be a grant of say $15k to the winner of this comp to recruit and retain players and coaches and give a relegated side something to play for which they would back them selfs to win.

more resources into coaching and development
WA/ARU funded RDO in each club/ rugby School
completely separate the Force as a stand alone identity from rugby WA
get one only school 's competition
make all school players play in rugbyWA competitions for a club
make U18's and U20's the elite rep teams
send perth gold reps on a hard tour not ones they know that they will win like tasmania, NT and SA - joke and waste of time and money
pay the refs - get the standard up
