    Dream still on for Ireland

Ireland's dream of ending 61 years of Grand Slam hurt remains on the cards as they eked out a scrappy 22-15 win over Scotland at Murrayfield on Saturday.

Lots written about this but in a nutshell scrappy is a good term.

Gotta feel for the Scots as I think they were charged for a home ground win.

Anyway France V England tonight to finish of the week.

It's a shame it's not for the grand slam for both teams, bloody France. The end of world war 2 was the last one for the Irish.

    Hopefully we'll spoil the party.

England V France in one hour, should be a cracking game.

Stringer got a much deserved man of the match - Reading the blurb in papers all Ireland have to do now is loose to Wales by less than 13 points to achieve the impossible - does anyone know if this is true ?

according to the standings I just saw on the 6N website, Ireland have a Points differential of 46 and Wales 21

Ireland being 2 points clear with the extra win, so I think your right TQ1, so long as Ireland lose by 14 or less they will still win the 6N

Even they can't mess up this chance can they - Kidneys impact on this team is fantastic - never seen them play so well as a team - prehaps after next week he can come over and give our a rev up

shame the game starts at 2:30am on sunday morning, the atmosphere at Rosie O'Grady's would have been electric. Looks like it's off to the Casino with me to watch it

Good luck to Ireland. Sounds like it was a close match at Murrayfield but it's about time the Irish won a Grand Slam and I hope they beat the Welsh.

1948 was a long time ago - anyways it'll be good for the Guinness Factory - just think of it as a small sacrifice for the sake of the Global Recovery
