he is solid, but he can make horrible decisions, he gets caught witht he ball in hand alot, he only makes inroads when he drifts towards his old 12 slot and when he backs himself its usually after he has crowded his centres by drifting across field.

he is a twelve, and a fantastic one, i dont think he runs a backline anywere near a world class 5/8 though.
He's not fit to clean Carter's boots as a #10.

At #12, with a decent #10 inside him (Quade's doing a good job at stamping his claim on the #10 Wallabies jersey) he's world-class. At #10, he's mediocre.

Mitchell needs to get a life - and a girlfriend. What a JOKE. He is a Wallaby in his own right. He needs to make a decision on his 'own career' and forget about what 'Gits' is doing. I've never read so much dribble in my life ...

Not EVERYONE can play with Gitz.....Cheesh! You are all big boys now...stand on your own playing skills, and play against ....argueably the best...Or does playing along side Gitz makes your individual play look better maybe..?

    ....

I completely agree. This is a piece of sh*t. Matt Giteau is not the centre of the rugby universe. He is a talented player. But bloody hell they are ALL talented players. Just GROW UP the lot of you.

Also, Drew needs to get his head around the fact that he isn't actually that good at 15. He is ultra-awesomely talented at 11, and would run rings around Lote any day of the week. But I really don't rate him at 15. If he wants to add to that test total then he should stay at 11.

    BOKKE
“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White

And you are all missing the point its the frowards that make a team anyway. Props RULE and the Force will continue without any player that does not want to play in or for the Team.

The Brumbies Coaching team are currently assessing who they'll keep for 2010 over the next 4-6 weeks before finalising anything with Mitchell’s manager for the 2010 season… So I wouldn't expect any statements soon...

If he wants to go then piss off and while were going any one else who is secretly thinking of leaving well then don't let the door hit you in the arse on the way out.

I go for the Force, not individual players who think they are bigger than the team.

I don't care if we sat on the bottom for the next 5 years to rebuild which won't happen but if it did I'd stick by MY team.

Players will come and go and some will stick around and be legends of the Force and have their picture on the wall with "Club legend" underneath it. Gits and some of the others will have a small picture with "Played for a bit" underneath it.
