yes, some good points here. But Ive read that the new third party deal was being offered by ET Mining.

ET Mining had a JV deal with Firepower and now employs O'Meara.

Perhaps Giteau was concerned in dealing with these guys again. Not suggesting he had anything to worry about but would you trust them?

A fair point Bondi - but, this was the only company that stepped up to offer Matt Gitteau what was effectively money for nothing - now the only other people that would do that is Dire Straits (bahdoom, tish)

I have to endorse Muddy's comments here.

He was mislead in coming to Perth and was probably concerned he may be mislead again. Cant blame the guy for that.

Matt has probably also bought homes based on his 'promised' Firepower income and now has debts etc ( I assume).

So, how would you feel if you bought a home and then one of your employers shot through leaving you with the mortgage to repay?

Firepower has a lot to answer for .

Matt has quite clearly stated that he will be keeping his home in Perth - of course any good real estate agent (Hi The_InnFORCEr) would tell you not to sell a property in this economic climate. He is waiting for the market to improve.
