The truth is anyone will give Mitch a job and I cant think of anyone that would give the committee one!
IF Mitch is off is there a coach out there that wants to come to the Force IF he has to bow to the committee's demands?

I reckon some are being a little tough on Harris.

The guy arrived on the scene with clearly a lot to clean up and has done a reasonable job in doing so. I doubt anyone could have retained Giteau and perhaps the theory behind challenging Mitchell's style will, in the long term, help.

If other players leave, will that be Harris' fault or because they dont like the coach?

Gigs, you say you 'dont know Cheika from a bar of soap' then in the same breath criticise him.

Ask most who know coaches, and they'll tell you he's had a lot of success. Elsom went to that club because Cheika coaches there. He would do very well at any S 14 team and is still relatively young.

Andy Friend is also an outstanding coach and has strong player management skills.

The ability to manage players and their egos is important these days. Thats hard for a coach that cant even manage their own behaviour.

My critique was based directly upon facts from the article.

All I say is the guy can't be much of a coach if he can't develop forwards in England......you may disagree, you're welcome to!
