Russia was full of committees and what happened to them?

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics had a commitee or two but it was the Central Commitee that wielded the real power... (with a mighty stick!!!) A reasonable analogy- there needs to ONE over-riding authority- one that can veto anything any commitee decides on - after all, commitees werent hired to be the coach- the coach was! Who is responsible, who takes the brunt of it all when things are not rosy? well generally the coach- not the commitee (not that match commitees don't have their place , mind you, in an advisory capacity) -

There is a lot o fanalysis about the backs, but to quote Robbie Deans, you have to earn the right to go wide. This means winning the breakdown and being aggressive. It means someone, preferably a forward or a big bullocking back straightening the line and breaking the game line before the ball is thrown wide. Too often on friday the ball just passed through the ahnds, and the Blues used the toucline to work for their defence... We need to show moer patience and build pressure on attack, but show more mongrel at the breakdown.

    I hate committees
The coach calls the shots. He is allowed to have assistants to assist with his ideas and strategies and training drills.
    The coach picks the team
The coach sticks it up prima donnas not pulling their weight
The coach expects results. He is hired to make the team win.
Sack any light weight that doesn't like it.
Player power is for under achieving mummies boys and it promotes mediocrity........that's just how it is

How about some running rugby from the attack coach?

    Couldn't agree more
Brown and Pocock were excellent at making a nuisance of themselves at the breakdown but we lacked go forward. Horua went missing. Our locks were ineffective in general play. Our front 3 isn't particularly dynamic.
AJ scored a try........and didn't he look lovely in the backs with his clean jumper and stepping off his left foot. I can't stand sea gulling props. I like em to work as a team and rumble it up from pick and drive. We pay Gits about 5000,00000,000000000 dollars to stand in the backs and step off the left foot
