Baysies Pre season Training

Hi Guys

for those interested

Perth-Bayswater pre season training starts on Tuesday 13 January, with training every Tuesday and Thursday. All players will need to be at the ground (Pat O'Hara Reserve, Wellington Street, Morley WA 6062) at 6.15pm for a 6.30pm start. Players should a bring water bottle and a hat as it will be warm during training. All players welcome.

Training will focus on fitness and skills and the training sessions will be conducted by the Grade Coaches.

We (the boy and I) were at the Tuesday training session last night I was really impressed with the professionalism from both the players and the coaching staff. There were about 40 players not including the 20 or so from the academy. There were a full on-commitment from all. No one developed any make believe injuries even when the announcement came that we had to run a timed 2km run with 2 x 500m sprints after that. I am half dead today but I cannot wait for Thursday night.

Rugby WA will be visiting Baysies on the 5th of March to give more details on the ELV's

Presentation are scheduled to commence at 6:30 in the afternoon

You trying to put people off coming to training by giving out information like that Pieter?

Tell 'em its a gentle stroll followed by a chat and a cup of tea. That keeps them interested.

Will be there Goony I was sore as hell yesterday but went for a 45 minute walk and a 15 minutes run on the treadmill So after that I felt better.

Hi guys

If you intend to play for Baysies then come and join in the Pre season training.
We again had more than 40 senior players at training tonight and around 25 Academy players. There is only 4 or so weeks left before grading and pre season games takes of. We are starting with game situation and skill around the ELV's so be there

The unofficial roomers have it that there will be a Premier side, Reserve grade (2nds) And then a 4th and 5th grade also depending on numbers a 3rd grade might also materialize.
