im saying that as a nsw fan i feel for the first time in a long time that we have a long term fly half option in beale, he has shown enough to make me believe he can run our backline for the next ten years!

i would not jepadise him being in a nsw jersey by spending hundreds of thousands on a player who i believe will fly the coup after the next world cup!

im not saying carter is the better player, im saying as i would build the backline around beale, playing a second ball player makes no sense at 12, i would prefer a crash baller next to him!

but that being said, i would throw the bank at barnes!

try telling the crusaders that a second ball player at 12 isnt a good idea...

anyway isnt Beale off-contract at the end of this season as well? should we expect another 'is he going to the NRL' media storm?

actually come to think about it, i think Barnes is off-contract at the end of this season as well... not cool, at least Lucas and Cooper are locked in until the end of 2010.

You could have had Stanners at #12 for the last few years if sanity prevaled in Tahland WJ. Best crash #12 in Australia at the moment.

don't they also try to shove one in at 15 as well?

Crash ball is obviously out of fashion in New Zealand.

the kiwis like to have a second ball player at 12, i dont mind the idea either, worked well for the Wallabies this season prior to the Barnes injury.

Technically the Tahs second ball player is Sam Norton Knight at full back so they only really need a crash ball centre. Saying that SNK is definitely not someone you would want to build a team around.
