    Force Draw 2009

    Week 1 v Blues
Start of new season. Blues first week on road.
    Week 2 v Cheetahs
Cheetahs coming of game v Lions and flight from South Africa.
    Week 3 v Brumbies
First week of road trip by the Force. Brumbies coming off a NZ trip in Round 1 and Crusaders at home the week before.
    Week 4 v Chiefs
Second week of the Force road trip. Second week at home for the Chiefs having played the Sharks the week before.

    Week 5 v Crusaders
Third week of road trip. Crusaders will have played the Highlanders the week before.

    Week 6 v Sharks.
Back home for the Force and if we are sitting well on the table they will confident on the run home. Sharks will have been on the road for 4 weeks in NZ and Australia and coming off games against the Reds, Blues and Chiefs. Could have “foot on the plane” syndrome.

    Week 7 - Bye
Perfect time to recharge batteries for the run home.

    Week 8 v Reds
Force off the bye and the Reds backing up after the Chiefs at home.

    Week 9 v Hurricanes
Hurricanes will be on their way home from 2 games in South Africa.

    Week 10 v Waratahs
Quick trip to the East for the Force to face the Waratahs who have had no break so far in the season and coming off 2 home games against big South African sides.

    Week 11 v Lions
Lions will have been on the road and this will be their 4th game away after facing Reds, Blues and Chiefs in previous weeks. Another “foot on the plane” match.

    Week 12 v Bulls
Bulls back in familiar territory for their 2nd home game after a marathon 5 game trip of NZ and Australia.

    Week 13 v Stormers
Second week of the South African trip for the Force who have in the past shown no fear of travelling to the Republic. For the Stormers this will be their 2nd home game after 5 weeks in NZ and Australia.

    Week 14 v Highlanders
Both teams coming off 2 weeks in South Africa.

That bye week is a good one too, for anyone who wants to go to HK 7s.

I want at least four from the first six- till the bye and at least 5 from the last 7.

That would put us, with presumed bonus points, on around 40 points and into the finals.
