I'm writing essay style too much, bad habit of mine.
Teachers deserve to be better paid than they currently are, we need a university enterant to view a career in teaching, social work, psychology, or even law as equal career paths.

Sarcasm (and alot of the jostling between mates) is often not a problem, the way your using it builds relationships, tells the kids that they belong, also teaches that there is a line and if we cross it we apologise.

I've only focused on teachers in this thread when really my opinion relates to all of us. It's not just up to our schools (or government) to fix our problems. If we understand them though addressing them becomes alot easier.
