I've cast my vote as "Winger with ball in hand in his prime" and for me that has to go to the troubled genius of Rupeni Caucau.
It's one thing to be quick on the track or chasing but Caucau was amazing dodging tackles at full speed when he was 100%. Sideways movement of Gits and forward speed of the best!

The big man Lomu still holds all sorts of athletic records.

    His 100m times were awesome.

6' 5" and 130 kegs running at you in sub 11 sec times, awesome!!!!!

    10.89 seconds for the 100m.

It was the games loss when he had to stop playing.

Lomu is a legend thats for sure... Stapleton doesnt make the list purely as he hasn't cracked the wallabies nod.

Z Vs Habana was the best moment for USA Rugby since 1924, and Z is a burner, but look at the steps against Samoa - note inside slant- 2 Steps inside then POW!- Some familiar patterns v S. Africa - dot dot.. Someone's been studying! Cheers to Z's coaches!!!!

the thing about that move is that although its good in getting around a stationary defender its only really effective if you have gas to to burn.. and boy does he just!
