Roe Highway extension is for freight and the primary goal of the extension I believe to remove slow moving trucks from another portion of Leach Hwy. That will probably relieve some congestion.
I don't have a problem with Toll roads. People who use the road will pay for it instead of everyone being slugged up to an extra $100 on the yearly rego that was discussed in the media a couple of weeks ago.
