I only ever fly with Virgin these days - much better value for money than Qantas in my experience

Two flights in a row Qantas lost my luggage did it for me and I've never had any dramas with Virgin

First innForcers Melbourne trip on way home, I was on Virgin while Mat got Qantas back 10 mins later than me. There were no TV's on his plane but I got to watch a couple of SupeRugby replays on my personal in seat tv... Mat was not impressed! Especially as my ticket was cheaper.

Sometimes they charge and sometimes it's complimentary. No idea why the difference. If they charge, it's $10 I think.
