Reds end tour on a winning note
    Thursday 04th September 2008

The Reds were given a royal reception on Wednesday evening after wrapping up their four-game development tour of Ireland and France with a 40-11 victory over Nice in France.

The side was even treated to a meeting with royalty when Prince Albert of Monaco visited the players in the dressing room after the game and was presented with a signed Reds shirt by captain on the night, Greg Holmes.

i dont think you can guage a development tour on the amount of games they won

the real knowledge that they young players can take away from these games, is the intensity, professionalism and physical level that they need to aspire to for them to be professional players.

i believe it would have being a success

Would that be the same Force tour during which they played sides from the Premiership, probably the strongest domestic league in the world?

dont get sensitive, if you want to criticise one team, then maybe you should look at your own backyard to start with.

Who's criticising anybody? Remember this is a Force supporters website & idle banter about other teams is actively encouraged by the management!!!

I thought you said wins didn't matter, or is that just for the Reds.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Geez guys it's a bit early to start touching TOCC up about the Reds losing games. Nobody has their Wallabies back yet, they're all playing academy players, they're still mixing up and seeing what structures will be changed etc.

Even I'm agreeing with TOCC here, it's way, way, way pre-season now and the scores on the board don't mean a lot....if they did, there'd be more to worry about than the fact that we're 2 from 5.....

The 'Tahs go to fiji to scout new talent, God knows they can't find it in their own backyard!
