I thought a blue and black hoops (home) and gold and black hoops (away) is a good idea.
Especially the gold and black hoops, I loved the Spirit tops similar to Newport RFC who have been wearing Amber and Black hoops since 1874.

The sixties and seventies were the glory days of Welsh rugby. The Welsh pack was feared by everyone.
Not bad for a country of 3 million now and alot less back then.
in a country where Rugby is relgion you would expect more out of them regardless of population?
