Sorry...brain turns to mush when I'm writing reports.....You can only say "your kid is a damn waste of precious oxygen" so many ways before it starts sounding offensive!

XXXXXX is a quiet student who generally conserves his energy for tasks which he can excel at. His marks accurately reflect his effort in this class. I hope XXXX will reap the rewards of the work he has invested in this class.

XXXXXX never says anything, never does anything and his marks prove it. I hope he enjoys the dole queue because that's about all he's good for, if he's lucky he might be able to sign the form!

Add to this that Palmyra have yet to see a Force player in their ranks, and the writing appears to be on the wall.

Perth on the other hand, as far as I am aware, come into the game after a string of successes, resplendent with a treasure trove of Force hopefuls, and little in the way of injuries.

I hope Pally can take it up to them and be competitive, but one must be realistic.

It would be interesting to hear a Perth perspective.

Over to you, Rick, Pieter, Goony. What's happening at Perth?
It will be a tough one for Paly, no doubt, but I doubt JT is telling the Perth boys that it's OK to be complacent. I've only seen Paly play one game this season and I was impressed with the aggression and enthusiasm of the backs. The problem was they didn't see enough ball and they lacked finish.

I expect that Perth will simply strangle the life out of the Paly team but I wouldn't write them off completely. We've all seen these "unwinnable" games turn into major upsets just because one team thinks they only have to show up to win.

Not a good year for Paly supporters -- finalists in 2006 and 2007, to wooden spooners in 2008. Get those scouts out recruiting Frank, and let's have Paly back in the top four in 2009!

    Try:
    • Any future employer will be lucky if he can get your kid to work for him...

    or just go straight to:
    • I don't comment at a personal level, but if I did it would rhyme with "mazy loron".

I'm actually planning to write a bestselling book to be sold to teachers entitled 1001 ways to call a kid a lazy useless waste of oxygen without offending.

The companion volume will be for parents...entitled what your child's report REALLY says!
