Western Force fullback Cameron Shepherd checks in between some intense Wallaby training sessions in Sydney.

It's been a pretty tough week. We've just finished three long days of field training.

It seems to be Robbie Deans' way: get in, get it done, get out of there - three intense days rather than being in camp a whole week.

They were three quality, valuable sessions and it allows guys to get away to their families and spend a bit of time away from rugby...
