I'd appreciate if they'd respect the culture in our part of the world and we're pretty big in this place about respecting the people who play the game....I remember many posters getting the hard word about wishing injury on people and other things...It's just a different culture. I have no issues with your sense of humour being exercised guys, I just don't want to have to scroll past it on a site which I feel a certain amount of ownership. As for getting told off for using the word Wanker WJ, I can't remember that but it surprises me! I reckon I could get thanked for using that word, I'll put it in another post so you don't confuse it with people who are thanking me for these comments.

Not at all, though travelling gerry seems more than happy to constantly point out daily post rates etc as some way of justifying his "so you won the game but we're heaps skill" mindset. For the record over the past month we've had between 41 and 119 posts per day at an average of 69 for a total of 2021 posts, which I'm quite happy with though we're always looking to grow.
Truth is Coach has done a superb job building this site and the community and culture along with it, and deserves much kudos for his work here. I'm quite happy to belong to this community and if I overstep the line on what's considered fair play here then I'm sure Coach will subtley let me know and I'll wind my neck in.
That said, I put my balls on the line with a preview the week before the game and copped a bit.. then several of my predictions turned out to be true on the field so in my book I'm entitled to gloat up to the level of crap that I would have copped had the result gone the other way.
It's a different culture at TWF to GTT - we actually started out in very much the same vein but after a year or so I realised that personally I quite like swearing so made a conscious decision to HTFU. It's not for everyone, but the Internet is a big place.

definitely the sharpest defensive weapon in the force shed.. his heavy hits actually remind me of a South african - De wet Barry!... so hes considered a thug by many outside SA but there is no disputing he is the king of the crunch tackle!
Stanners is just as physical but less conspicuous.
