Our table(Southside Engineering Tef) contained the usual suspects(special guest Exile) and was rather well behaved. Table numbers seemed a a little down from last year but still 600+ in attendance. Gossage mc again and whatever you may think of him he makes a pretty good fist of it. Highlight for me was listening to our man Robbie talking about rugby(us and them) and his dirty sanchez. Sharpie and Mitch were good as usual.
However the highlight of the day, sitting next to our table was Willie Roos the ref for Sundays game. Willie as a ref is as popular as a turd in a punchbowl,however he seems pleasant enough without a whistle in his hand. He was a little surprised we would like a photo with him and he kindly agreed.
There is a lovely shot of Tef giving our man Willie a small inducement. Unfortunately the previous pic which the ejiot photographer muffed, had Willie taking the the said earner. While this was happening you could hear the cry of anguish coming from Willies table. All in all, a fun day.
