Does anyone know if there is a pub in Albany that will show the S14 Finals?

Strange as it may seem but I just can't imagine any bar not having rugger live. I remember doing a house boat thing up the Tweed River after the 2003 Golden Oldies Rugby Festival in Brisy and having to bribe the publican to put the saders semi on. Funny thing there was nobody in the bar but us!
Also remember getting a team of ex pat kiwis and local VFL tight pants guys together to play th NZ Navy when they visited Albany WA in circa 1982.
Sorry, rambling with a gutz full. Hope to catch Jedi in Chch tommorrow.

    Go Aussie Bob.

Albany Hotel in the mainstreet, such as it is. Great town cool people.
Most folks anywhere in the world will be cool if you are!
I had a great night in St Kilda (Melb) explaining what was going on and there was a AFL game on at the same time.

    Cool

Coach, are you ever not on line? Will my wife be safe with Jedi? Will I? What's Ms Jedi like?
Jeez we've gotta get back to WA soon.

Jedi is a scholar and a gentleman, unfortunately he is also a Scotsman. Mrs Jedi makes up for all that Mr Jedi lacks and more.

You gotta get back to WA soon...

    Shasta,

The one in Anusorn market is O'Malleys.

The UN Irish is staggering distance from Thapae Gate. They get a good crowd in for S14 games and big crowds in for internationals. I normally find my way back to a nearby hotel after the rugby and head back top Lampang the next day.

    Gin Gin Hotel

Called into the Gin Gin Hotel on Monday and the owner is Force fan, had his polo on so a TWF card was handed over. His son actually plays for Perth-Bayswater!

Also sampled the Abbots Ale at New Norcia, a fine drop brewed under licence by Chuck Hahn in Sydney. A fair kick to it as well and at $5.75 for a 250 ml glass, you be drinking it all day!
