Nothing out of the ordinary. the usual season preview that you could expect in The West, a huge 8 pages. i found John Welborn's column entertaining espeacially his thoughts on the ARU might replace the ARC with. It probably online somewhere

Have a look at the "How the teams stack up" in the liftout. Don't know who writes it but some pretty funny calls, especially in the Unofficial sponsor line. The best one is for the Crusaders Unoffical Sponsor "Greyhound. Operates coaches in Australia and New Zealand"

Yeah, I got a good laugh outta that line too.

For those who didn't see tha paper, Wobber thinks the ARU might replace the ARC with a round robbin tournament between University and Randwick.
