Feel free to delete this Coach, I just thought we needed a game day thread to show our excitement on.
My last posting before the game.
Force, you are the team we have waited for so long, from the steps of the rally at Subiaco Oval to the Rugby World Cup Games, International Sell Outs and Super 14 Practice Matches and now finally on February 10th 2006 we have a team to call our own...in the premier competition of the world.
Lose every game - We still participate in the finest league in the world and we are still in the competition forever...
The onset of a new force in Australian Rugby, the fact I can follow it from the start is going to be something that I will forever be grateful for.
The climax of years of hard work is finally paid off, as Western Australian Rugby truly reaches the Holy Grail tonight - win lose or draw.
Enjoy the game lads and lasses
CMON FORCE.
Good luck to you guys. We'll be cheering from Sydney.![]()

Excited, I'll give you excited. Wolk up this morning and first thing I thought of was the game. Got into the office this morning and realised i had left the lights on and alarm off last night cause I was too busy thinking about tonight.
When I used to go watch Scotland play the hairs were always standing on the back of my neck at the start of the game and I would be nervous for the boys before the game. It's the same for the Force. Thank god I have my passion back.
Go the Force

It's a proud night for the Western Australian Rugby community, the realisation of a dream for all.
We are finally going to reach the top level of competition in the world and the destiny of this team is in all of our hands.
We have all wished our guts out wanting this day to come, now here is the day.
I have been in a stadium where you can't hear the person shouting next to you because the noise is so loud, let's aim for that when they run out tonight.
Best wishes for tonight boys. I won't wish you luck, you have been training for luck over the last months and even years. Every lap up Jacobs Ladder, every tackle session comes down to tonight as you run out for our own Western Australian team.
A special mention to John "Wobber" Welborn as he completes a full circle in his playing career. I hope he may be allowed to lead the team out as the WA "peoples captain" and as they say, a slanted conversion from the hospital where he was born.
WA crowds are notoriously late for sports match, lets all make the effort to be there early tonight crew so we can really cheer them during their warm up run and the pre game entertainment. As soon as the Blues v Hurricanes finishes I'll be ready to head down there and even pay that bit more for Subi Oval grog to make sure we are making a difference to the atmosphere.
Roll on baby, roll on!!!!
YEAH!!!!!
YOU BLOODY BEAUTY!!!!
Has anyone had their first beer yet?
i would have if it wasnt for work!
nothing like a morning beer on the night of a big game![]()
