    I'd have to agree with the sentiments expressed by a few others here that JON is just setting the scene to retain his "Master Administrator" title. Say we're broke and in financial ruin and that our coaches and players are in desperate need of development. Then as the Deans era (hopefully) brings renewed success to our national team (which would also roll downhill to our Super14 teams) take all the credit. Discover a few million at the bottom of an accounting book somewhere and start a new "ARC" and then depart feeling all smug, warm and fuzzy.

    Then a new regime comes in and then process starts all over again ...
