What I'd like to know is this: How much will it cost? If you build a Super Arena, though it costs a lot, wouldn't it be cheaper than having to build new stadia for each sport, which is what we may be looking at now? If it is cheaper, why can't we do it? And another thing, as Jono says, removing the roof and putting grass in at Burswood; I don't how this would be terribly expensive compared to the other options. Surely it would be ready pretty soon too. And the just how much more would it cost to have proper stands built at the ends of the ground? Surely not as much as a whole new stadium let alone the current overall plan for Perth? Is it because we live here that we have to put up with all this red-tape crap?!
