Well at least Robinson shows he is tough enough to take it like a man...Dunning would be asking for Brown to be sacked. Baxter would go down like a sack of potatoes and sit out the rest of the training as he got ice and/or foundation applied to his face.

I think that will revolve around whether Robbie wants two similar Opensides (ie #7 & #19 ) or if he wants a general purpose Backrow replacement.
Brownies development in the lineout may just swing it for him with Cro-Magnon being shorter than the average Prop...or ball boy...

What ever happened to the faint whispers of Waugh switching to Hooker....could guarantee him a starting berth. Right size, just needs to learn how to scrummage...

I'd be looking at him as a backup flanker I don't think he'd have much chance of unseating Cliffy, unless Robbie is looking for something other than the massive crash and bash that Palu offers.

Yeah, I think Palu has the first three or four Tests before they would look too much further.
From what little I have seen this year and from last season, he really is the only 8 we have that matches with the bulk of Rodney etc.

Would love to see Cro-Magnon tried at Hooker!

“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White
