No mention on their main News, no adverts (at least that I saw) to promote it was on, delayed the broadcast by ten minutes, about five minutes pre and post match and another display of crap commentary.
Do the World a favour C7, don't bother competing for the rights ever again.

At least I got to watch the 10pm - 12am broadcast of MotoGP on 10 HD before the rugby. O on that note channel 7, channel 10 has the MotoGP and F1 broadcast LIVE on their 10HD channel next week and delayed as usual on their SD channel.

Out of interest I checked out Channel 7's program for the next two weeks to see if the Tri-Nations got any more priority than the Ireland/France games. Was not remotely surprised that the answer is no.
Tomorrow night (though it doen'st affect most of us since we'll be there), the game will be televised at 12:05am Sunday morning, following the Princess Diaries and Speed.
Next week, while the Wallabies and All Blacks are fighting it out in Sydney, FTA viewers will be treated to a double feature of "The Princess Diaries 2: Royal Engagement" and "Down Periscope", followed by the Bledisloe at 11:40.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
You never know. i'm guessing the reason 7Perth will show it is it's mid-afternoon so they still can show Better Home and Gardens or whatever crap in prime time- the same might be true for the regional/SA stations
Seven are not doing the sponsors any favors.
I record the game and watch the next day. I can fast forward through the add breaks as well.

Channel 7 always has that line about being proud sponsors of the QANTAS Wallabies...telecasting an Autralian team playing an international test match, the day after it has been played, is not in the slightest bit proud! I'm more proud of having green grass in my backyard than they are. Seriously, how do they expect for people in Perth to become rugby fans when they have the audacity to show Rugby that late.
