Once more: Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion applies to STATE ACTORS not individuals or organisations.

What DOES apply to individuals or organisations is discrimination. Is Izzy being discriminated against (because of religion)? Is Izzy discriminating against anyone? No, and yes - although his list does mean almost everyone. Which is what RA are getting him for, HE is the one discriminating. Nothing to do with his religious beliefs, Shinto or otherwise.

If an employee, who happens to be a world famous Walkaby rugby player, says into the microphone after scoring a try "I believe all bankers are lying cheating thieving arseholes, and shock jocks are scum of the earth, both should be shot" guess what would happen. Well that's one interpretation. Mine might be if I get to the kingdom of God I'll get to play Rugby like Mark Ella. But having committed a couple or two of those misdemeanors I might arrive to find I'd been red carded and sentenced to eternity as a referee. Purgatory would be on the wing. Its Folau' interpretation that is the problem.
