Mine is in Yanchep, so getting a buider may be a challenge. Probably stiff me for extra to go there. Good luck Lonzy, it`s a pain in the a#se going around, putting name down in ballots etc, and then not getting called out. Unless of course, you are rolling in cash and can buy anywhere.
Anyhow, if i am in my new house by then(RWC07), the big screen will be on for sure, house warming maybe as well

No, got a block opposite high school, old Yanchep side.
Got it pretty cheap as well, waiting on our useless finance guy to arrange approval letter for us. So far we have been communicating with him since late May, so that will give you an indication of how useless he is. Keeps saying we have approval, but hasn`t produced the necessary goods....
Sooooo frustrating, i just wanna punch him and move on.....typical frontrow response i know
