Tuqiri opts to rest injured knee

Wallabies winger Lote Tuqiri believes he could have been fit to play Saturday night's second Test against France in Brisbane but opted to rest his recovering knee.
Tuqiri was replaced by NSW teammate Lachlan Turner in a bid to get over the injury sustained in last weekend's 34-13 first Test win in Sydney.
No.8 Wycliff Palu (shoulder) was also overlooked because of injury, replaced by Stephen Hoiles, while flanker George Smith and fullback Cameron Shepherd were left out for Phil Waugh and Adam Ashley-Cooper respectively.
Tuqiri said it was the first time he had missed a Test due to injury.
