While the SMH & Co are waffling about playing 2x opensides NCdeC is well on the way to winning the blindside spot.

I honestly think the 2xOpensides discussion is because they don't want to say that Carlo outplayed the bloke whose tyres they've been pumping up for 2 years.
I think, with Bobby V leading the pack for the big bopper ball runner role and a variety of options at 6 (LSL for a third lock, Leota or CdeC for a workhorse with lineout option or Wilson to 8 and Bobby to 6) the Pooper option is pretty much dead and buried. Neither Fraser or Carlo are a genuine lineout option and that makes it harder for us to win the set piece ball we need.
Think of how much better our lineout is with 4 genuine jumping options over last year where sometimes we only had 2!
Carlo and Fraser fight it out for the 7
Creps and all the lesser humans fight for the 6.
