Delighted to report that the Western Force Academy pages are up now over on RugbyWA's website.
Go over and have a look at the program and the first players who may form the nucleus of a home grown Force in a few years.

"Bloody oath we did!"
Nathan Sharpe, Legend.
I no one of the academy members, Angus Neilson, he was HALE 1st team captain last year, he's an up and comin force player.
WOW! WHAT THE! the academy coach is my last years history teacher@!
Great step forward. Now for the WA club scene to reap the benefits of Academy players and their training. Should be half a dozen locals in Force squad within a few years. I bet that head trainer teacher is a pretty good bloke too !!!![]()

he is alright, bloody good rugby coach though... quite the strict history teacher@! he's South African nothing could go wrong! BOKKE!
Ahh this is a good thing ... might take a few years but we will start seeing dividends with locally grown players. Lets give AFL a run for its money in WA!!!
I heard a rumour that when they gave the crowd numbers for the Force's home games - they took a few (hundred/thousand) off....so as not to give the impression that there might be a threat to the popularity of AFL in WA? What do you reckon?
Great to win eh?
lol .. i doubt it!! hahahaOriginally Posted by Bails
