i think palu might be one of the most underated players in this country, he did so much work in that game and most of it was thankless and he got hammered due to the lack of go forward, but he didnt go missing!
i actually agree
how many time did a wallaby forward have the ball land in his lap from a standing start on saturday night??
Nah....too many mistakes....choked....bring in Brown at #8
ive watched the game 2 1/2 times (al sober) there is no way palu deserves to be dropped, brown is the david croft of the force, he is solid but palu would own him!
palu is the greatest number 8 in the country and deserves respect!
Did you have those powder puff blue glasses on?
Palu isnt underated. When he his on song he is a awesome unit, but he goes missing in big games more times than not, and that is his weakness. Brownie deserves a run.
the punters friend..... stick with me and you will be wearing
i rekon bring brown on at 8
BOKKE“Let me put it this way, A Springbok team contains Afrikaners, Englishmen, coloureds and blacks. It has parochial foes in Bulls, Sharks, Stormers, Cheetahs and Lions. It is a recipe for war! Yet in all the years of John Smit’s captaincy, there has never been one unhappy customer, not one voice of rebellion against his leadership. He is the glue that holds the Springboks together. The man is a legend!”- Jake White
he doesnt go missing as much as sharpe and you guys sing his praises, double standards are never a good thing!
Quiet night on GTT?
the punters friend..... stick with me and you will be wearing
Is GTT still open?
You think Sharpe has been trading on reputation? Lote has been trading on his reputation and his $6 million contract since the 2003 World Cup. There must be something that inspires a hell of a lot of journalists to put pen to paper because every time in the lead up to a game, Lote attracts the thick writing on the back page. Why? He is not a terrible player, but he is terribly overrated and constantly struggles to produce the stellar performances to match his reputation and his pay check. And yes...i expect Lote to play at the same level as players like Gits and Mortlock every single game. When are selectors going to wake up and realise that there are other players out there who deserve an opportunity to step up to the plate, rather than continuing to select Lote and attempt to justify his ordinary performances on a weekly basis?
"Remember lads, rugby is a team game; all 14 of you make sure you pass the ball to Giteau."
great night on GTT, im on both at the same time, my opinion needs to be heard, otherwise its a twf love in and you all miss the point that your not the be all of world rugby!
Dont let us keep you from all your friends then WJ>
Lote does justify his spot, Drew MItchell having an average game gets marked by one player, Lote is double marked every game, he was double marked against the boks on saturday! he does alot of work up the middle of the park he gets involved in alot of breakdown work and he consistantly makes close to if not the most metres of any player on the field. plus he is an advertising and marketing dream!
saying that the force back three should be the aussie back three is a very one eyed argument, Hynes has justified the faith shown in him, Lote marked out of games still managaes to get on the score sheet and is solid when bad! the fullback spot is the only point of contention in the team as far as im concerned, the forward pack is working itself out and even when the compisition changes, we have the right group of players together, the backs are doing well, cross is going great guns, Tahu is coming along, Barnes, burgo and gits have been fantastic, you cant drop anyone really!
the team is travelling well (sans bledisloe 2) you cant want change for changes sake!
