firstly i live in the city so a cow might be a little hard to get my hands on, my principal is a woman (we think, but we have a sneaky suspicion that she is really the devil) but other than that it sounds good.

F4E, now im not suggesting you do this but ....

when i was in yr9, the yr12s muckup prank was dumping 200 tyres on the school oval and setting them on fire. the tyre fire burnt for 3 days before it was removed meaning the school had to close for those days as kids were either getting sick from the fumes or wheeling burning tyres around the school. the yr12s also dumped 20 car bodies in the teachers carpark.
the yr12s responsible ended up being charged with arson, vandalism etc, etc

and yes, said school is in or near bogandale .... i mean armadale

it was also bloody hilarious .... the teachers didn't know what to do. we had an emergency assembly, then the cops addressed the whole school, parents notified etc, etc
