Thanks for puttin gin the hard yards Tina, I'm sure you'll be wanting a shower and a stiff drink after spending a morning in the same room as ARU management.
Don't forget your rabies shots!
Ex, get your ass in there, I have about a dozen people at work waiting on deets.
C'mon the
Thanks for the updates Tina.
"The main difference between playing League and Union is that now I get my hangovers on Monday instead of Sunday - Tom David
If the Judge thinks the lack of convincing evidence by the arbitrator in their decision and the 'vague' definitions of terms in the agreement should surely be in the Force's favour? am getting ZERO work done!!
I am hoping for the same conclusion too. The arvo should be enlightening.
I really hope there's an outcome, sooner than later.
Where is EX!!!??? Arghhhhhhhh!
I was looking up qualifications for Clyne. It seems he has a BA from Sydney University, so I went to see if they have anything in Sports Admin/Management there. I entered Sports Management into the search area and it came back with a lot of stuff, including "did you mean subpoena management?". Interesting....
Edit: I wonder if this might be a good course for them all to do: http://www.mastersportal.eu/studies/...integrity.html

Thanks so much Tina. We are indebted to you!
One question for Fulvio - if by some miracle we win the appeal, can the ARU take it any higher or are we in the last chance saloon here?
Proudly Western Australian; Proudly supporting Western Australian rugby
Interesting .. http://www.9news.com.au/national/201...o-appeal-axing
"Barrister Robert Newlinds SC told the NSW Supreme Court on Wednesday it was the Australian Rugby Union's decision to axe the Force not SANZAAR (South African, New Zealand, Australian and Argentina rugby).
Mr Newlinds, acting for RugbyWA, said at the moment any suggestion SANZAAR had agreed to cut one of the Australian teams from the Super Rugby competition was wrong."
Ali, we have been told if we win the appeal - That is it. Plus Clyne and whole board will resign.
